Apprenticeship 

This class is available to teens: 12-17. We have classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please read below to learn more!

About Apprenticeship 

This class will a project based class. We will be learning and practicing skills on the farm with an assessment on the first day of class of their interests to gauge which projects they would like to learn and where to begin. This class will give teens the opportunity to help, to lead, and where to start with projects and where to start with leading and teaching their peers.

Some of the options the students will be given for projects are painting and beautification projects, art, outdoor cooking, fire building, fence work, dividing plants in preparation for the season, herbal projects. In addition the students can participate in activities such as archery, interacting with animals on the farm, working with wool. 

This class will largely be lead by student interest. During the first class we will assess what the students are interested in and create projects with their interest in mind. Please discuss this section with your child before the first day of class. This will help everyone to have a say in what topics will be featured in class each week.

Thursdays 9:00-12:00 or 12:00-3:00

Filling out the registration form is required for every student for every class. Please fill this form out before the start of class, this form does not hold your child's spot in class. Only a deposit or purchase of full class will hold their spot.

  • Deposit price is $150

  • All deposits are non-refundable

  • After paying this you will pay the balance before the start of class

  • There will be a $15 admin fee added onto the Balance - to avoid this you will need to pay amount in full, upfront

  • By paying a deposit you are not eligible for Early Bird pricing (EB prices are only available when you pay the full amount upfront)

  • Amount due now: $150

Early Bird Pricing Has Ended

  • Early Bird price is $380

  • This price is only available until June 15th. After that date Early Bird pricing will end and the price will be $430.

  • If you have paid a deposit for this semester already, you are not eligible for early bird pricing.

  • Early bird pricing is only available when you pay for the class upfront, in full

  • Amount due now: $380

Balance

  • Balance price: $295

  • This amount includes a $15 admin fee (to avoid this fee, pay the amount in full upfront)

  • If you do not pay the balance before October 25th, there will be a $25 late fee added onto the balance

  • The balance is due before the first day of class. If you need special accommodation please email Ms Crista
